The Veteran's Badge
Whenever our staff (HR and above) have decided they'd like to leave cia permanently, or even just as a temporary measure, CIA would like to offer them an alternative to cutting all ties, we offer our staff the 'Veteran System'
The Veteran System is comprised of those who have made it far in CIA, but still want an option to withold a rank in CIA if they so wish to return.
Who can retire?
Any member of the staff can retire using the Veteran System, as long as they are HR or above and have not
transfered outside of CIA prior to their retiring.
How can I retire?
To discuss your retirement from CIA, please contact a member of our Directorate Team, Presidential Team or the current Director of Staff, they will be able to explain everything and approve your Veterans Badge.
Depending on your situation, It may or may not be approved, please keep in mind they have to take all things into account.
How does the system work?
If approved, you will be given our Veterans Badge, and a motto [CIA] Veteran [TAG] you will then be able to return to CIA whenever you see fit, and obtain your previous rank, Please keep in mind, If a person is in a unit and goes through the system they will not be allowed back in the unit due to set numbers, however they will get a rank equalivalent to their unit rank in HR or TM.
