TM/HR/TMA aims to discipline all members and assure that the High Ranks are being good role models. It is also our duty to give them enough knowledge in CIA so that they will be ready when they go to a different unit. We also see to it that each member under our division is doing their jobs and are not abusing the privilege of their rank. We make sure that they are guiding agents, SU, and trainers and are helping them to have a better career in CIA. We also hold TMA+ meeting every other Saturday to update them about their progress and to inform them about what they need to improve.
